Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Stonvex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.

2. Description of service

Stonvex provides AI-generated equity research reports, financial news aggregation, market data visualizations, stock screening tools, and community features on a freemium subscription basis. The platform is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Stonvex is not a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All investment decisions are made at your own risk.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscription & billing

Stonvex offers Free, Pro ($29/month or $299/year), and Premium ($79/month or $799/year) plans. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period; if you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will be made.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record. Stonvex never stores or has access to your credit card details.

5. Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment by contacting stonvexceo@gmail.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 5–10 business days. Only one refund per customer is permitted.

6. AI-generated content

Reports and analysis produced by Stonvex are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Every data point is tagged as [Actual], [Estimated], or [Assumption] where applicable.

You should independently verify any information before making investment decisions. Stonvex shall not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Prohibited jurisdictions

The Service is not offered to, and may not be accessed, subscribed to, or used by, residents of the following jurisdictions: Belarus, China, Cuba, France, Germany, India, Iran, Japan, North Korea, Russia, South Korea, Sudan, Syria. Reasons include U.S. OFAC sanctions, local infrastructure restrictions, and regions that require a local securities-adviser or research-analyst registration Stonvex does not currently hold. All listed jurisdictions are treated identically: account registration and paid subscriptions are blocked.

By creating an account or subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Service from, any of the above jurisdictions. Stonvex expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from use of the Service by residents of prohibited jurisdictions, including any liability for losses, regulatory consequences, tax consequences, or legal claims resulting from such use. Users who circumvent access restrictions (including through VPNs, proxies, or misrepresented billing addresses) do so in violation of these Terms and at their sole risk.

Stonvex reserves the right to expand or reduce this list as regulations change or as local registrations are obtained.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or redistribute Stonvex content; (b) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts; (d) post misleading, defamatory, or harmful content in the community; (e) use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, and trademarks on Stonvex are the property of Stonvex or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited. Users retain ownership of content they submit (community posts) but grant Stonvex a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform.

9a. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

Stonvex respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that user-generated content on Stonvex (such as a community post or comment) infringes your copyright, send a written takedown notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it (URL is best).
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices within a commercially reasonable time, remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material, and notify the user who posted it. The user may file a counter-notice. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

10. Limitation of liability

Stonvex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonvex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
